Rates effective as of January 1, 2008. All rates for occupancy by 2 persons in a one bedroom and 4 persons in a two bedroom apartment. Additional persons are charged $10.00 per day, $60.00 per week. No charge for children under 8 years of age. Maximum number of persons in a one bedroom apartment is 4, maximum number of persons in a two bedroom apartment is 6. No sofa-beds in units 107.
At all time we require a three night minimum. A one week minimum is required for Holidays. Holiday rates may apply. Add an additional 10.5% to the above listed rates, for the State of Florida and The Manatee County Resort Tax. A 25% deposit is required. The deposit is refundable with a 60 day cancellation notice or 90 day for group reservations. Variations from specified dates, such as late arrivals or early departures will cause forfeiture of the deposit. A damage deposit is required upon arrival. Each unit is individually owned. The renters are responsible for careless damages during their stay. You will be charged an additional cleaning fee in the amount of $25.00 to $35.00 if the unit is not left in reasonable condition.
Except for location (poolside, courtyard, gulf front, etc.) the apartments number is subject to change without notice.
